- Follow-Up:  We do a follow-up with either an e-mail or phone call to ensure the customer is satisfied with the purchase or use an online feedback form to gain feedback.
- Product Demonstrations:  We offer appropriate advertising techniques such as marketing CDs and DVDs to create cost effective marketing solutions for our customers.
- Multi-media Production Facilities:  We provide product brochures base on customer requests, and make productive presentations about BTC's new R&D ideas.
- Conference Call:  We make a phone conference call or make Internet calls with Skype, a voice and video conference application to have customer's product-releated problems answered by our customer service representatives and product experts.
